We want you to love your Snag pieces, so if your fit isn't quite right, you can return unworn items with original tags within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are in their original condition to qualify for a full refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unworn items in their original packaging and include the provided packing slip inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund is processed.
